The amount of sales tax charged is dependent upon the shipping destination provided. Any and all local sales tax and use tax laws are applicable.
Country Club Jewels reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Unavailable item(s)
- Difficulty processing payment information
- Invalid shipping address
Should your order or any order items be cancelled, you will receive an email notifying you of the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
In the event that you need to change or cancel an order, please call 888-900-4225 or email[email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to make the requested changes. However, we cannot make any changes after an item has been shipped.
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date. Special order items sales are final.
If you need to return an item, please call 888-900-4225 or email [email protected]. You must contact us to receive a Return Authorization Code. This code must be marked on the outside of the returned box. All returned items must be sent via insured carrier to the address below. Items returned without a Return Authorization Code will be refused and returned to sender.

The returned item must be in its original packaging and in its original condition. All lab certification reports must be included. A replacement fee will be charged for missing certification reports.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and insurance costs incurred. All jewelry should be insured for the full value. Country Club Jewels is not liable for items lost or damaged in the mail which have not been properly insured.
Following a full inspection of the returned goods, the original credit card used will be credited. This process may take up to two weeks.
